Primo vaccination of young sows before first insemination:
Two doses administered within 14 – 21 days , so that the second vaccination is done not later than 14 days before insemination.
Sows after primo vaccination
Once a year , not later than 14 days before insemination.
Non- vaccinated sows: Two doses administered within 14 – 21 days, so that the second vaccination is done not later than 14 days before insemination.
Boars
Two doses administered within 21 days, so that the second vaccination is done not later than 14 days before fertilisation of sows or sperms off take. Vaccinated boars are repeatly revaccinated every six months.
